1. Booking an Appointment

• To schedule a cleaning service, clients can book via phone, text, or through our social media channels.

• A confirmation message or email will be sent within 24 hours to secure the appointment.

• For larger projects or commercial spaces, we may require an on-site estimate to ensure proper pricing and time allocation.

2. Rescheduling and Cancellations

We understand that plans can change, and we are happy to work with you if you need to modify your appointment.

• Rescheduling: Please inform us at least 48 hours in advance if you need to reschedule. We’ll do our best to accommodate your preferred time.

• Cancellations:

• 48-hour notice: Clients must notify us of any cancellations at least 48 hours before the scheduled appointment to avoid a cancellation fee.

• Same-day cancellations: A 50% charge of the scheduled service will apply for any same-day cancellations or no-shows.

• Late cancellations: Cancellations made after the 48-hour window will incur a 25% cancellation fee.

3. Late Arrivals

• If for any reason you are running late for your appointment, please notify us as soon as possible. We allow a 15-minute grace period, after which your appointment may be subject to rescheduling or cancellation depending on availability.

• If EJ’s Cleaning Services is running late, you will be informed in advance and given the option to keep or reschedule your appointment.

4. Payment Terms

• Payment is due before completion of the service unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.

• We accept payment via cash, credit/debit cards, and online payment methods (e.g., Zelle, ApplePay, etc.).

• For commercial clients or long-term contracts, payment terms will be agreed upon in the service contract.

5. Satisfaction Guarantee

Your satisfaction is our priority! If for any reason you are not happy with the results of our service, please inform us within 24 hours. We will gladly return to address any issues, free of charge.

6. Pets

We are happy to work in homes with pets; however, for the safety of your pets and our team, we kindly request that pets be secured in a separate area during the cleaning process. This ensures that your pets remain safe and that our team can work without interruptions.

7. Health and Safety Protocols

• Our team follows strict health and safety guidelines, including sanitization protocols before and after each job.

• If anyone in your household is feeling unwell or has been exposed to illness, we kindly ask that you inform us ahead of time so we can reschedule for a safer date.

8. Valuables

EJ’s Cleaning Services is responsible for any damage or loss to valuables. Please secure or inform us of any fragile items before cleaning begins.

9. Special Requests

If you have any special cleaning requests or specific instructions for your space, please inform us when booking so we can ensure your needs are met. Additional services beyond the agreed package may incur extra charges.
